Beanstalk Crop Overview
The Beanstalk is a prismatic, multi-harvest crop introduced in Update 1.06.0 of Grow a Garden. As the very first prismatic plant to appear in the game, it quickly became an iconic crop for both its massive size and its connection to the classic “Jack and the Beanstalk” fairy tale.
This towering plant can produce around 14 pods on an average-sized stalk, with fruit yield scaling upward as the crop grows larger. Its spiraling design and towering presence make it one of the most impressive plants players can showcase in their gardens.
How to Obtain Beanstalk Seeds
Acquiring a Beanstalk seed is an achievement in itself. Here are the known pathways to get one:
The Seed Shop
With a slim 0.48% chance of appearing, you can buy it for 10,000,000 Sheckles or 715 Robux if you're lucky enough to find it in stock.
A Stroke of Luck
A Beanstalk seed can occasionally drop as a "Lucky Harvest" when you are harvesting other plants in your garden.
Pet Intervention
Your loyal companions might help. Snails sometimes find a seed, and very rarely, pets like Dogs or Shiba Inus might dig one up. Even a thieving Red Fox might accidentally leave one behind.
Farming & Events
Selling a Dairy Cow offers a small chance of a drop. You might also find a seed in a Silver Prismatic Seed Pack or as a reward from special events like the Beanstalk Event.
Magical Orbs
Keep an eye out for magical green orbs while climbing a Beanstalk; they can grant you a seed directly.

Seed
Beanstalk seeds range from dark green at the base to light green at the top, creating a smooth gradient.
Plant
Naturally tall and spiraled, resembling the classic fairy-tale beanstalk. Its vine-like structure fades from deep green to light green as it grows upward.
Produce
The crop produces container-like pods filled with spherical fruits, which increase in size and quantity depending on the plant’s growth.
